THE LITTLE KICKS NOMINATED FOR BEST LIVE ACT AT...
We in The Little Kicks camp are massively chuffed to announce we have been nominated for an award at the 2012 Scottish Alternative Music Awards for Best Live Act! This is a pretty nice thing to be involved in and the bands we are being nominated alongside certainly are good company (We Were Promised Jetpacks, Paws, Admiral Fallow, Song Of Return, Miniature Dinosaurs).

We kicked 2012 off in style, as im sure you will have seen, by supporting Frightened Rabbit at their Aberdeen show of their recent small venues / last minute January jaunt. The show was reviewed by website Daily Dischord who gave us a sterling 9/10 for our efforts.

NOMINATED FOR BEST LIVE BAND AT SAMA'S 2012
So, last night it was announced that we are up for Best Live Band at the Scottish Alternative Music Awards 2012. Whether we were to go on to win or not its nice to be included alongside some great bands so thanks to anyone who put us forward and best of luck to all of the bands at the SAMAs.
